Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ivan Movileanu took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Dragoş Bourceanu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silviu Fetanu. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Călin Bădoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nistor Tâlvescu in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Dacian Moromete made a precise shot to the right of Călin Bădoi. FC Fortuna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 16 played minutes FC Fortuna got a freekick which was hit by Alin Posteucă. Călin Bădoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Arvinte in the 18th minute of play. Călin Bădoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrei Arvinte, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ivan Movileanu hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Călin Bădoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Arvinte in the 29th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Fortuna defense, Aron Mercea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Călin Bădoi. The FC Fortuna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Călin Bădoi should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nistor Tâlvescu in the 37th minute of play forced FC Fortuna's goalkeeper Călin Bădoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Alin Posteucă in the 38th minute really tested Silviu Fetanu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. FC Fortuna's Călin Bădoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Tâlvescu in the 39th minute of play. Leonard Banu lost his temper 41 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 41 played minutes FC Sector 3 got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Banu. FC Fortuna's Bogdan Nistorescu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Sector 3. The supporters of FC Fortuna booed when FC Sector 3 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrei Arvinte didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dacian Moromete to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ivan Movileanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Mihăescu in the 54th minute of play forced FC Sector 3's goalkeeper Silviu Fetanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alin Posteucă lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Alin Posteucă hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes FC Sector 3 got a freekick which was hit by Andrei Arvinte. Felix Miroiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Fortuna's Călin Bădoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Arvinte in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, FC Sector 3's Nistor Tâlvescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Silviu Fetanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Movileanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragoş Bourceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Silviu Fetanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nistor Tâlvescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Călin Bădoi made a huge save. Andrei Arvinte took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Călin Bădoi. Călin Bădoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Ivan Movileanu's late challenge caught a FC Sector 3's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Movileanu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st match minute, FC Fortuna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Movileanu to maneuver through the defense. Călin Bădoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Moromete in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of FC Sector 3 booed when FC Fortuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Movileanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dacian Moromete kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Nistor Tâlvescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Călin Bădoi. Nistor Tâlvescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. A collision led to FC Fortuna getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Călin Tătaru hit a great ball. FC Sector 3 played a much better game than FC Fortuna and deserved their victory. The FC Fortuna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
