A collision led to Arsenal Giulesti getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Gelu Zdraşcu hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Bocșa during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Arsenal Giulesti booed when -BZF- Armata Ultra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Bocșa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Dorin Doroftei sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iordache Popean skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iurie Miclescu in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iordache Popean prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iurie Miclescu in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iordache Popean saved -BZF- Armata Ultra from getting behind. After 10 played minutes -BZF- Armata Ultra got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Asachi. Felix Tăzlăuanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Augustin Pantilimon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iordache Popean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iurie Miclescu's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Arsenal Giulesti's Augustin Pantilimon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal Giulesti from getting a goal against them. Augustin Pantilimon came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by -BZF- Armata Ultra's Costică Malcocea. But to his dismay, Costică Malcocea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With an all-out effort, -BZF- Armata Ultra's Augustin Pantilimon threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gavril Gheorghe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 26th match minute, -BZF- Armata Ultra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Bocșa to maneuver through the defense. Iurie Miclescu took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iordache Popean. Iordache Popean dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Augustin Pantilimon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Tăzlăuanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Arsenal Giulesti's Dorin Doroftei got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iurie Miclescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gelu Zdraşcu charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gelu Zdraşcu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stelian Corocăescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Augustin Pantilimon. Arsenal Giulesti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Iurie Miclescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the game, Arsenal Giulesti's Iurie Miclescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iordache Popean made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Gavril Gheorghe made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Iurie Miclescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordache Popean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augustin Pantilimon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavril Gheorghe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 played minutes Arsenal Giulesti got a freekick which was hit by Gelu Zdraşcu. With a little luck, -BZF- Armata Ultra's Iordache Popean got control of the ball when Iurie Miclescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iurie Miclescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Iordache Popean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Felix Tăzlăuanu came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the -BZF- Armata Ultra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Tăzlăuanu couldn't finish the play. After 91 minutes of play, -BZF- Armata Ultra's Costică Malcocea made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augustin Pantilimon was left in no man's land by his defense there! 96 minutes into the match, Marcu Şerbănoiu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iordache Popean, 2-4.
