In the 5th minute, one of FC Sector 3:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Sector 3. After 10 minutes of play, FC Sector 3's Nistor Tâlvescu made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristinel Berbec was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the match, -PSC- Craguis's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Moromete came free, but Cristinel Berbec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Aron Mercea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Cristinel Berbec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, -PSC- Craguis's Gică Duldurescu got a free kick in the 30th minute. Aron Mercea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Cristinel Berbec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aron Mercea was the one to do the kick off. FC Sector 3 were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after -PSC- Craguis's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dacian Moromete took the corner. The corner ended in Nistor Tâlvescu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but -PSC- Craguis's Cristinel Berbec did a great save. 58 minutes into the match, Manuel Pârlea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silviu Fetanu. FC Sector 3's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Pârlea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Cristinel Berbec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Moromete in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Aron Mercea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristinel Berbec was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Aron Mercea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristinel Berbec having to interfere. Nistor Tâlvescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Cristinel Berbec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in -PSC- Craguis's zone, Dacian Moromete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristinel Berbec came out of the goal and Dacian Moromete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dacian Moromete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Cristinel Berbec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Sector 3's Cezar Tănase suffered a sore thigh after 82 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pompiliu Hurezan during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Sector 3's Gelu Bobeica was substituted for Cezar Tănase. In the 84th match minute, -PSC- Craguis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pompiliu Hurezan to maneuver through the defense. Ilie Cioiu hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Aron Mercea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristinel Berbec having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Aron Mercea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
