In the 29th minute, Aron Dănănae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adam Drăgan struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Cezar Eftimiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manau. Viorel Mascovescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Gogu having to interfere. Florin Capșuneanu hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match.

Stelian Hurezeanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Emilian Tincu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aron Dănănae kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Manau's Vlad Gogu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilian Tincu in the 76th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Adam Drăgan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cezar Eftimiu. Bicau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adam Drăgan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Răzvan Cernea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Vlad Gogu made a huge save. Manau walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
