Costel Mateescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. YR☆ FCSB's Costel Mateescu got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iustin Ilarie kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Costel Mateescu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sámuel Szűrös got free with Andrei Chihaia in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Costel Mateescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Andrei Chihaia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Costel Mateescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ivopataka's goalkeeper Andrei Chihaia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Sámuel Szűrös had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Costel Mateescu made a kick off. If Sámuel Szűrös had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. In the 77th minute, Ivan Dragnea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Costel Mateescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. YR☆ FCSB's Costel Mateescu got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
