Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cătălin Panait made the kick off and thus started the match. Olimpia FC's Belaid Nabil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Olimpia FC from getting a goal against them. Marcu Harhoiu came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Olimpia FC's Șerban Ciolacu. But to his dismay, Șerban Ciolacu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cătălin Panait sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcu Harhoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cătălin Panait in the 21st minute of the match. Olimpia FC's Șerban Ciolacu got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cătălin Panait fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcu Harhoiu having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Sebastian Ignătoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcu Harhoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cătălin Panait, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Martin Eremia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute Șerban Ciolacu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcu Harhoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Sebastian Ignătoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Aron Caranfil in the 45th minute really tested Belaid Nabil's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.

The wind increased when Gavril Măliță made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Dinamo got a freekick which was hit by Avram Bârlea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Șerban Ciolacu in the 57th minute of play forced Dinamo's goalkeeper Marcu Harhoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belaid Nabil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavril Măliță, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Cătălin Panait could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Marcu Harhoiu made a huge save. After having played for 63 minutes, Cătălin Panait managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olimpia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cătălin Panait was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Șerban Ciolacu struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Marcu Harhoiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olimpia FC. Șerban Ciolacu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 69th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 71st minute, Olimpia FC's Kjell-Arne Skytt seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kjell-Arne Skytt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Olimpia FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kjell-Arne Skytt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Olimpia FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dinamo:s goal. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Dinamo. Aron Caranfil stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Belaid Nabil. 1-2. Marcu Harhoiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cătălin Panait went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. If Avram Bârlea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Avram Bârlea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Gheorghe Chiriac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belaid Nabil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavril Măliță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Olimpia FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dinamo throughout the match.
