After 8 minutes of play, F.C. Dinamo Bucuresti's Nistor Neața made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toader Radovan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vlad Turceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Eugen Voineag sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Fc Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Ştefănucă came free, but Toader Radovan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toader Radovan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosmin Pantelimon, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute Horea Ştefănucă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Radovan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Fc Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Dorel Feteanu came free, but Toader Radovan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Irinel Iorgovan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergiu Uduleanu having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Cosmin Pantelimon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Toader Radovan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 31 minutes into the match, Fc Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Ştefănucă came free, but Toader Radovan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 32 played minutes F.C. Dinamo Bucuresti got a freekick which was hit by Alin Mincu. In the 33rd minute of the match Florin Ianculescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergiu Uduleanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 35th minute, Cosmin Pantelimon made a precise shot to the right of Toader Radovan. Fc Buzau's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The audience was convinced that Horea Ştefănucă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toader Radovan was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. After 40 played minutes Fc Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Marius Cândreanu. Toader Radovan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionuț Bogza in the 44th minute of play. Cosmin Pantelimon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toader Radovan having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosmin Pantelimon was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Fc Buzau's Toader Radovan got control of the ball when Horea Ştefănucă tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute, Vlad Turceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toader Radovan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nistor Neața in the 56th minute of the match. When Eugen Voineag came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Fc Buzau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugen Voineag couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, F.C. Dinamo Bucuresti's Cosmin Pantelimon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. If Horea Ştefănucă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horea Ştefănucă blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toader Radovan having to make a save. 73 minutes into the match, Cosmin Pantelimon notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Fc Buzau's Toader Radovan. Toader Radovan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Fc Buzau's Toader Radovan got control of the ball when Horea Ştefănucă tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Cosmin Pantelimon took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Toader Radovan to make any attempt to save it. When Horea Ştefănucă came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the F.C. Dinamo Bucuresti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horea Ştefănucă couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, F.C. Dinamo Bucuresti's Toader Radovan threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nistor Neața, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. F.C. Dinamo Bucuresti's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
