The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilian Burca during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emilian Burca kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Gelu Scaeru made a precise shot to the right of Moise Coporan. BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 34 minutes into the match, BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's goal looked a bit too open when Gelu Scaeru came free, but Moise Coporan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Aristide Datcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moise Coporan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moise Păvăloae made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Gelu Scaeru took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Moise Coporan to make any attempt to save it. In the 57th minute, Moise Păvăloae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's Moise Coporan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND from getting a goal against them. Moise Coporan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Datcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Emanuel Trapcea in the 66th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's Liviu Buceceanu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marius Zorlescu got free with Moise Coporan in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Predoni's Tiberiu Baican played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Zamfir in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND's Moise Coporan got control of the ball when Marius Zorlescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Moise Păvăloae cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Tiberiu Baican was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 82 played minutes BORUSSIA BVB DORTMUND got a freekick which was hit by Cristi Orădan. Gelu Scaeru's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Moise Coporan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tiberiu Baican took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviu Zamfir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moise Păvăloae recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vali Bobailă was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 96th minute, Gelu Scaeru reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Moise Coporan. The goal made the score 1-6.
