Aristide Datcu tried in the game's 9th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Tiberiu Baican. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. If Marius Zorlescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Alin Liviu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tiberiu Baican. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 29th match minute, FC Bandydos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragoş Sinulescu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragoş Sinulescu in the 33rd minute of play forced Predoni's goalkeeper Tiberiu Baican to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Marius Zorlescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Predoni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marius Zorlescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiberiu Baican made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrei Bogatu in the 39th minute. Tiberiu Baican showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragoş Sinulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gelu Scaeru to make the kick off.
