Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alex Brad kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Deville's Eliodor Curcă got control of the ball when Ernest Mateianu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 9 minutes, Eduard Ecobescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduard Ecobescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 11 played minutes Deville got a freekick which was hit by Manole Lupescu. If Ernest Mateianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 17 minutes into the match, Deville's Florin Ababei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maxim Zdrăilă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ernest Mateianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th match minute, Deville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iosif Frățilă to maneuver through the defense. Maxim Zdrăilă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Ecobescu in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Ecobescu in the 26th minute of play forced Argintari CSM's goalkeeper Maxim Zdrăilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliodor Curcă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Brad, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st match minute, Argintari CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nechifor Bădiță to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Coșeriu, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Eduard Ecobescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduard Ecobescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eduard Conta fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argintari CSM's protests and gave Eduard Conta a yellow card for diving instead. Maxim Zdrăilă didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florin Ababei went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Florin Ababei came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Deville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Ababei couldn't finish the play. Alex Brad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eliodor Curcă having to make a save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduard Ecobescu made a kick off. Florin Ababei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Maxim Zdrăilă made a huge save. In the 56th minute, Argintari CSM's Emanuel Bîndean seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Emanuel Bîndean the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Argintari CSM protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Emanuel Bîndean had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Deville a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emanuel Coșeriu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Argintari CSM's Maxim Zdrăilă. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Deville's Bogdan Lăcătușu got a free kick in the 60th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Deville's zone, Ernest Mateianu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliodor Curcă came out of the goal and Ernest Mateianu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manole Lupescu hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute Ernest Mateianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliodor Curcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Manole Lupescu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. Florin Ababei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Zdrăilă having to interfere. After 73 played minutes Argintari CSM got a freekick which was hit by Ernest Mateianu. Deville's Eliodor Curcă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Mateianu in the 75th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Eduard Ecobescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deville's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduard Ecobescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxim Zdrăilă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emanuel Mirciulescu charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Mirciulescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emanuel Mirciulescu hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florin Ababei got free with Maxim Zdrăilă in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
