Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Deville's Eduard Ecobescu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eduard Ecobescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurel Stoiculescu during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Aurel Stoiculescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Florin Ababei got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Eduard Ecobescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Ferrari booed when Deville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Ecobescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florin Ababei took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alin Mărăscu. Alin Mărăscu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Eduard Ecobescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Eduard Ecobescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Avram Tilincă lost his temper 26 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of FC Ferrari:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deville:s goal. FC Ferrari's Alin Mărăscu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save FC Ferrari from getting a goal against them. Florin Ababei's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alin Mărăscu firmly grabbed it by the left post. FC Ferrari's Alin Mărăscu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Ecobescu in the 35th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Constantin Manta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Ferrari and the Deville players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 38 played minutes FC Ferrari got a freekick which was hit by Constantin Manta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Ecobescu in the 39th minute of play forced FC Ferrari's goalkeeper Alin Mărăscu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Eduard Ecobescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ferrari's Alin Mărăscu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alin Mărăscu made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Florin Ababei sent off a good shot on target. Sandu Sitaru charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandu Sitaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Deville booed when FC Ferrari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Sitaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Florin Ababei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Alin Mărăscu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alin Mărăscu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iosif Frățilă in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduard Ecobescu in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alin Mărăscu saved FC Ferrari from getting behind. In the 74th minute Florin Ababei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Mărăscu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Florin Ababei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Eduard Ecobescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Florin Ababei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deville's supporters rose to their feet, but Florin Ababei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alin Mărăscu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florin Ababei struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Alin Mărăscu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deville. When Florin Ababei came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Deville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Ababei couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ferrari's zone, Florin Ababei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alin Mărăscu came out of the goal and Florin Ababei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Deville had won after a very even match.
