Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Paul Răuţă made the kick off and thus started the match. 5 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Idacio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berbesul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave -BZF-Gloria Buzau the free kick. After a rather tough play, Berbesul's Hermengildo Idacio got a free kick in the 5th minute. Ernest Budianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panait Stolniciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Petruț Liviu's late challenge caught a -BZF-Gloria Buzau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Petruț Liviu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Berbesul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petruț Liviu to maneuver through the defense. Ferdinand Vidican came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Berbesul's Paul Răuţă. But to his dismay, Paul Răuţă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Petruț Liviu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Vidican having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Berbesul's Marcu Lozovan got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavius Tomoiu in the 22nd minute of play forced Berbesul's goalkeeper Ernest Budianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernest Budianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valeriu Grigore in the 24th minute of the match. Matei Almăgean charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matei Almăgean the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Matei Almăgean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 played minutes, Berbesul's Hermengildo Idacio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ferdinand Vidican came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Berbesul reached it. Petruț Liviu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Vidican having to interfere. Ernest Budianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panait Stolniciu in the 32nd minute of the match. Panait Stolniciu scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernest Budianu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute Panait Stolniciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Budianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernest Budianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panait Stolniciu in the 48th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Panait Stolniciu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcu Lozovan during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ernest Budianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Berbesul had won after a very even match.
