Johny Peers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Banban Seedorf in the 29th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Octav Mușat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Johny Peers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute, Göksun Kadrettin made a precise shot to the right of Johny Peers. Pufesti FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Göksun Kadrettin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johny Peers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nistor Alupulesei was the one to do the kick off. After 57 minutes of play, FC BOTOSANI - BTF.'s Göksun Kadrettin made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robert Åström came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Johny Peers could save by the left post. With a little luck, Pufesti FC's Johny Peers got control of the ball when Banban Seedorf tried to sneak it across the goal line. Johny Peers was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Octav Mușat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-6 in the 87 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Octav Mușat kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Johny Peers. That made the score 2-7 in the 91 minute of play. In the 96th minute Kristiyan Gradinarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johny Peers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
