Matei Bulgar's late challenge caught a FC RAPID TÂRGOVIȘTE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Anthony Ryf fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC RAPID TÂRGOVIȘTE's protests and gave Anthony Ryf a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC RAPID TÂRGOVIȘTE's Anthony Ryf got a free kick in the 36th minute. Sergiu Găină sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristide Gliga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihail Iovanovici in the 53rd minute of play. Aristide Gliga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Hrean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anthony Ryf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristide Gliga having to interfere. Ivar Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Leonardo Saldanha notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Fulgerul Braila's Aristide Gliga. Aristide Gliga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mihail Iovanovici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristide Gliga having to interfere. Marius Nicodim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Enache, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Cătălin Nicopol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
