Spectators: 7960 (Terracing: 5971, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 158) -BZF-Magica Steaua's Iustinian Elefterescu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ovidiu Oniga charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ovidiu Oniga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, one of -BZF-Magica Steaua:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for -BZF-Magica Steaua. Rutenio Guzmán had in the 4thth minute some difficulties stopping Zachary Parajewski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Iustinian Elefterescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. -BZF-Magica Steaua's supporters rose to their feet, but Iustinian Elefterescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mircea Mitulescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the match, Iustinian Elefterescu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Biraoni's Mircea Mitulescu. Mircea Mitulescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mircea Mitulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustinian Elefterescu in the 15th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Iustinian Elefterescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mircea Mitulescu was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. When Tiberiu Muntian fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Biraoni's protests and gave Tiberiu Muntian a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, Biraoni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberiu Muntian to maneuver through the defense. Mircea Mitulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Ugaitz in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Reynaldo Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF-Magica Steaua's Rutenio Guzmán was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th match minute, -BZF-Magica Steaua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Ugaitz to maneuver through the defense. Tiberiu Muntian kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Mircea Mitulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustinian Elefterescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 33 minutes of play, -BZF-Magica Steaua's Ovidiu Oniga made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mircea Mitulescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ilie Marian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Ugaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Mircea Mitulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Iustinian Elefterescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mircea Mitulescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radu Enache made a kick off. After 59 minutes of play, -BZF-Magica Steaua's Donato Ugaitz made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mircea Mitulescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iustinian Elefterescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mircea Mitulescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iustinian Elefterescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Donato Ugaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Biraoni made a substitution. Mugur Postolache replaced Martin Pătrășconiu. Mircea Mitulescu came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by -BZF-Magica Steaua's Donato Ugaitz. But to his dismay, Donato Ugaitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Biraoni's Isac Rogoz was substituted for Albert Macri. 78 minutes into the match, Ilie Marian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mircea Mitulescu. Biraoni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ilie Marian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Biraoni's Tudor Amuguroancei was substituted for Mădălin Ţurlău. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horaţiu Cartiș got free with Mircea Mitulescu in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mircea Mitulescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustinian Elefterescu's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. With a little luck, Biraoni's Mircea Mitulescu got control of the ball when Ovidiu Oniga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiberiu Muntian was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Biraoni's Tiberiu Muntian got a free kick in the 88th minute. When the final whistle sounded -BZF-Magica Steaua left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Biraoni.
