Spectators: 8075 (Terracing: 6058, Seating: 1857, VIP seats: 160) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vlad Zgîrţa kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jimmy James in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabiano Marrone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabiano Marrone acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 6th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jimmy James. After having played for 7 minutes, Teodor Ciuvică managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Explosiv Cluj-Napoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodor Ciuvică was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabiano Marrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Ciuvică, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petrică Udrescu in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lino Gabler saved Explosiv Cluj-Napoca from getting behind. Rachel UFC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Explosiv Cluj-Napoca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cazimir Chifu took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelian Mineață in the 13th minute of play forced Explosiv Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Lino Gabler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Explosiv Cluj-Napoca's Jimmy James got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Cazimir Chifu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lino Gabler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Ovidiu Udrişte took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Fabiano Marrone to make any attempt to save it. In the 27th minute of the match Explosiv Cluj-Napoca got a corner. Rachel UFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristinel Bogdan ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Teodor Ciuvică got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabiano Marrone quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Petrică Udrescu struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Lino Gabler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rachel UFC. Vlad Zgîrţa took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabiano Marrone. Fabiano Marrone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Vlad Zgîrţa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Fabiano Marrone made a huge save. Jimmy James fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Marrone having to interfere. Vlad Zgîrţa hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Lino Gabler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petrică Udrescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Petrică Udrescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Explosiv Cluj-Napoca's Lino Gabler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Explosiv Cluj-Napoca from getting a goal against them. Rachel UFC's Fabiano Marrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodor Ciuvică in the 56th minute of play. Fabiano Marrone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vlad Zgîrţa's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Explosiv Cluj-Napoca's Lino Gabler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Explosiv Cluj-Napoca from getting a goal against them. Petrică Udrescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Lino Gabler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Alexandru in the 64th minute of play forced Rachel UFC's goalkeeper Fabiano Marrone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Explosiv Cluj-Napoca got a corner. Rachel UFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. In the 69th minute Teodor Ciuvică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Marrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cezar Barbu kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Rachel UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vlad Zgîrţa came free, but Fabiano Marrone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Marrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodor Ciuvică, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After some careless play in the Rachel UFC defense, Vlad Zgîrţa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabiano Marrone. The Rachel UFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabiano Marrone should have stopped the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Rachel UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vlad Zgîrţa came free, but Fabiano Marrone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Marrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vlad Zgîrţa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Niclas Hagberg in the 91st minute really tested Lino Gabler's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 94th minute, René Pontoni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lino Gabler was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Rachel UFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
