Spectators: 8011 (Terracing: 6010, Seating: 1842, VIP seats: 159) 4 minutes into the match, Fc Universitatea Cluj's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Giuverdea came free, but Ernest Inculeț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when The Sharks Constanta's Emil Giuverdea fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Damian Oneț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diederick Englebert in the 7th minute of play. Otsoa Manzardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Oneț having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Diederick Englebert recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Damian Oneț. Diederick Englebert showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A collision led to The Sharks Constanta getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Dacian Trandafir hit a great ball. Lucrețiu Berceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Damian Oneț made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Sever Tomulescu sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute, Damian Pordea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 minutes of play, Fc Universitatea Cluj's Sever Tomulescu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Oneț was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Sever Tomulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 minutes, Damian Pordea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Sharks Constanta and the Fc Universitatea Cluj players grew even worse after the yellow card. Damian Pordea hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Damian Oneț came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Universitatea Cluj's Sever Tomulescu. But to his dismay, Sever Tomulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Sever Tomulescu took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Oneț. Damian Oneț dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The Sharks Constanta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Diederick Englebert scored to the left of an out of position Damian Oneț, making the score, 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emil Giuverdea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sever Tomulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Sever Tomulescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damian Oneț. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sever Tomulescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Sever Tomulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Oneț having to interfere. Damian Oneț didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diederick Englebert went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Sever Tomulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Oneț having to interfere. Damian Pordea hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Sever Tomulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Fc Universitatea Cluj's David Pacuraru got a free kick in the 91st minute. Sever Tomulescu took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Oneț. Damian Oneț dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Fc Universitatea Cluj's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
