After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Oğuzhan Erguvan managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C.Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's supporters rose to their feet, but Oğuzhan Erguvan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sabin Schiau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Cezar Hoduț put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lucrețiu Zubaşcu. Vali Domnescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sabin Schiau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Cosaci fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sabin Schiau should have stopped the shot. If Waldemar Bielejewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Andrézinho Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, F.C.Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Zubaşcu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iulian Trăistaru. 40 minutes into the match, Iulian Trăistaru notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of F.C.Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Lucrețiu Zubaşcu. Lucrețiu Zubaşcu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. F.C.Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Lucrețiu Zubaşcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Neculuță in the 43rd minute of play. Waldemar Bielejewski kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cezar Hoduț to strike the kick off in the second half. Sabin Schiau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Petre Jula showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 50 minute of play. Waldemar Bielejewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabin Schiau having to interfere. Lucrețiu Zubaşcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Neculuță, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 58 played minutes F.C.Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Bogdan. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marian Neculuță in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucrețiu Zubaşcu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes into the game, Cezar Hoduț cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Lucrețiu Zubaşcu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrézinho Gaspar in the 66th minute of play forced FC Cosaci's goalkeeper Sabin Schiau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Waldemar Bielejewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iurie Bogdan kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. F.C.Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Claudiu Ştef was substituted for Andrézinho Gaspar. The supporters of FC Cosaci booed when F.C.Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iurie Bogdan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cezar Hoduț hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. FC Cosaci's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
