Spectators: 6997 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Calistrat Babeș started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Muscelul Campulung's Cazimir Orghidan got control of the ball when Calistrat Babeș tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 3rd minute, F.C Alex Bucuresti's Calistrat Babeș ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cazimir Orghidan. Cazimir Orghidan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, F.C Alex Bucuresti's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Moculescu came free, but Raşit Özdilek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Petruț Fânaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Buciuceanus short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Cazimir Orghidan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cazimir Orghidan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Staicu in the 17th minute of play. Muscelul Campulung's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Ştefan Staicu scored to the left of an out of position Cazimir Orghidan, making the score, 2-0. With an all-out effort, F.C Alex Bucuresti's Cazimir Orghidan threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Stelian Vătavu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cazimir Orghidan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelian Vătavu in the 36th minute of the match. Cazimir Orghidan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Buciuceanu in the 42nd minute of play. Calistrat Babeș's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cazimir Orghidan firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 47th minute, Leonard Nuțu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Moculescu to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Muscelul Campulung got a freekick which was hit by Iosif Murgan. Denis Moculescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Raşit Özdilek made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, Muscelul Campulung's goal looked a bit too open when Calistrat Babeș came free, but Cazimir Orghidan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cazimir Orghidan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Staicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Muscelul Campulung defense, Calistrat Babeș kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cazimir Orghidan. The Muscelul Campulung fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cazimir Orghidan should have stopped the shot. If Basarab Aldescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Buciuceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Cazimir Orghidan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Zak Soon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefanos Kreziadis charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefanos Kreziadis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Francisc Şerbănescu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Raşit Özdilek came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Muscelul Campulung's Denis Moculescu. But to his dismay, Denis Moculescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Vătavu in the 88th minute of play forced Muscelul Campulung's goalkeeper Cazimir Orghidan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stefanos Kreziadis kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. F.C Alex Bucuresti's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
