In the 12th match minute, FC Strug Iaslovat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toader Luican to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, FC Strug Iaslovat's Eloy Feo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliodor Micescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 21st minute, Eloy Feo made a precise shot to the right of Eliodor Micescu. Zahana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Codrin Torouţ's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Florian Schmeisser skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 1-2 became the score in the 30th minute when Codrin Torouţ elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Matei Avram received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Florian Schmeisser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Eloy Feo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eliodor Micescu. Zahana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eloy Feo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 38th minute, Horaţiu Spânu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Horia Balaban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Balaban in the 46th minute of play forced Zahana's goalkeeper Eliodor Micescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half FC Strug Iaslovat were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horia Balaban to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute FC Strug Iaslovat were awarded a corner. Horaţiu Spânu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Horaţiu Spânu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zahana's Eliodor Micescu did a great save. When Toader Luican fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Strug Iaslovat's protests and gave Toader Luican a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Strug Iaslovat's Toader Luican got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Eloy Feo managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Strug Iaslovat's supporters rose to their feet, but Eloy Feo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliodor Micescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eloy Feo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliodor Micescu having to interfere. Eliodor Micescu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. If Horia Balaban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dragoş Hosu couldn't finish the play. Florian Schmeisser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Torouţ in the 77th minute of play. When Dragoş Hosu fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zahana's protests and gave Dragoş Hosu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Zahana's Dragoş Hosu got a free kick in the 79th minute. Florian Schmeisser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Torouţ in the 82nd minute of play. Dragoş Hosu kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Codrin Torouţ hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Eloy Feo notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Zahana's Eliodor Micescu. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Strug Iaslovat walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
