In the 8th minute, Paralia Athens's Panait Marghescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Ivan Miclauș was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paralia Athens's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C BUCURESTI the free kick. 16 minutes into the match, F.C BUCURESTI's goalkeeper Mano Doro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Panait Marghescu. In the 16th match minute, Paralia Athens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Cozmâncă to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the game, Eric Cantemir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C BUCURESTI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paralia Athens the free kick. The supporters of F.C BUCURESTI booed when Paralia Athens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Miclauș didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute Ionică Calini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Beraru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Panait Marghescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mano Doro. F.C BUCURESTI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panait Marghescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 28 played minutes Paralia Athens got a freekick which was hit by Marcu Cozmâncă. Mano Doro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panait Marghescu in the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in F.C BUCURESTI's zone, Panait Marghescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mano Doro came out of the goal and Panait Marghescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Panait Marghescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mano Doro. That made the score 4-0 in the 36 minute of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Panait Marghescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C BUCURESTI's Mano Doro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Panait Marghescu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, F.C BUCURESTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petre Bălașa to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Urdeş took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 51st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mano Doro. F.C BUCURESTI's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Codrin Beraru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionică Calini, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Marghescu in the 60th minute of play forced F.C BUCURESTI's goalkeeper Mano Doro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Paralia Athens's goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Mălin came free, but Codrin Beraru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Codrin Beraru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionică Calini in the 65th minute of play. Ivan Miclauș got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 82nd match minute, Paralia Athens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Miclauș to maneuver through the defense. Mano Doro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcu Cozmâncă in the 84th minute of play. Laurențiu Cucerzan charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laurențiu Cucerzan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Paralia Athens booed when F.C BUCURESTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurențiu Cucerzan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcu Cozmâncă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Mano Doro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurențiu Cucerzan was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to F.C BUCURESTI getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Laurențiu Cucerzan hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Marcu Cozmâncă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paralia Athens's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcu Cozmâncă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mano Doro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Stelian Ciobica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
