The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee ignored Teisu FC's protests and gave Gică Orghidan a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes Teisu FC got a freekick which was hit by Gică Orghidan. 14 minutes into the match, Teisu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Ishmael came free, but Dacian Puișoru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Gaspar Ishmael sped through Teisu FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dacian Puișoru. The tension between the Teisu FC and the FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV players grew even worse after the yellow card. But to his dismay, Sylwester Fink quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dacian Puișoru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaspar Ishmael stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sylwester Fink in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dacian Puișoru, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Karl-Michael Lindqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Dacian Puișoru made a huge save. With splendid footwork Gaspar Ishmael arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-8 by the left pole in the game's 65th minute. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's Mircea Boerescu was substituted for Gaspar Ishmael. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's Basarab Pătru was substituted for Karl-Michael Lindqvist. In the 72nd minute Mircea Cigu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Puișoru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teisu FC's Dacian Puișoru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mircea Boerescu in the 81st minute of play. Dacian Puișoru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mircea Boerescu in the 86th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Mircea Boerescu put it in 0-10 from a short distance just to the right of Dacian Puișoru. Basarab Pătru didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-11 via right post in the game's 90th minute. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Dacian Puișoru came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's Lucrețiu Ţirpescu. But to his dismay, Lucrețiu Ţirpescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. The Teisu FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
