The audience was convinced that 余兴扬's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mihail Atanasiu was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Olimpic Sibiu's Mihail Atanasiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Olimpic Sibiu from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 余兴扬 in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mihail Atanasiu saved Olimpic Sibiu from getting behind. Sercan Dilhan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Mihail Atanasiu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sercan Dilhans short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Mihail Atanasiu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 42 minutes into the match, Johan Johansson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mihail Atanasiu, 1-0.
