Nanov fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hoghiz the free kick. In the 6th minute, Isac Nebunu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 董瑜弘 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Antohi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute Hoghiz were awarded a corner. Alin Berechet went to the cornerflag to take it. 董瑜弘 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Ştirbu in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nanov fc's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alin Berechet was slow to take the kick. During this time Hoghiz's players had a chance to rest. Emanuel Antohi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 18 minutes into the match, Hoghiz's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Lăzăroiu came free, but Severiano Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 董瑜弘 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Antohi in the 20th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedykt Gorzkiewicz couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Ştirbu in the 41st minute of play forced Nanov fc's goalkeeper 董瑜弘 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Horea Lăzăroiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horea Lăzăroiu in the 44th minute of play forced Hoghiz's goalkeeper Severiano Bastian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Antohi's late challenge caught a Nanov fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nanov fc made a substitution. Felix Hosu replaced Benedykt Gorzkiewicz. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. In the 92nd minute Horea Lăzăroiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 董瑜弘 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Antohi in the 94th minute of play. Many of Nanov fc's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Nanov fc may have spent more time on the ball, but Hoghiz were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
