Alin Iureș started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Don Skotbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicu Micescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-0 became the score in the 9th minute when Don Skotbo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 14 minutes, Sorin Prunaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ionut and the Firefighter BT ★Dac★ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Firefighter BT ★Dac★ booed when Ionut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sorin Prunaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Marcu Vasiloiu fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ionut's protests and gave Marcu Vasiloiu a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ionut fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! Nicu Micescu had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Marius Mureșan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, Ionut's Nae Adam got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes, Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s Marius Mureșan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicu Micescu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Firefighter BT ★Dac★ reached it. A collision led to Firefighter BT ★Dac★ getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Iustin Honciuc hit a great ball. The supporters of Firefighter BT ★Dac★ booed when Ionut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rareș Răuţă didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s Don Skotbo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicu Micescu. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ionut! In the 40th minute, the referee gave Firefighter BT ★Dac★ a penalty. Marius Mureșan looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Nicu Micescu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Don Skotbo in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicu Micescu saved Ionut from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Don Skotbo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Don Skotbo made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ionut's Nicu Micescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Sorin Prunaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Don Skotbo made a precise shot to the right of Nicu Micescu. Ionut's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marius Mureșan in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicu Micescu saved Ionut from getting behind. In the 77thth minute of the game Marius Mureșan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ionut's Nicu Micescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 88th minute, Marius Mureșan made a precise shot to the right of Nicu Micescu. Ionut's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Don Skotbo in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicu Micescu saved Ionut from getting behind. Nicu Micescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Don Skotbo in the 94th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Don Skotbo in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicu Micescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Firefighter BT ★Dac★'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
