Angels Team's Mugur Burtescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Shearer in the 4th minute of play. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Minerul Baita -MM- from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Păltineanu in the 9th minute of play forced Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Nistor Maghiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Marcu Grădinaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Maghiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mugur Burtescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Shearer in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Matei Căplescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cédric Payen in the 16th minute of play forced Angels Team's goalkeeper Mugur Burtescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mugur Burtescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octav Albescu in the 18th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Minerul Baita -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Şantău. With a little luck, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar got control of the ball when Marcu Grădinaru tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Angels Team's goal looked a bit too open when Ciprian Alexe came free, but Mugur Burtescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25thth minute of the game Allan Shearer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Angels Team's Mugur Burtescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Gordon Miner in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Angels Team's Bogdan Păltineanu. Octav Albescu kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Angels Team were awarded a corner. Ionuț Andronescu went to the cornerflag to take it. Dinu Octavian was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 35 minutes, Dinu Octavian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Angels Team and the Minerul Baita -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Minerul Baita -MM- booed when Angels Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinu Octavian didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th match minute, Minerul Baita -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cédric Payen to maneuver through the defense. Mugur Burtescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niculae Şantău, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Angels Team's Mugur Burtescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Shearer in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Allan Shearer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mugur Burtescu. Angels Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Allan Shearer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 43 minutes into the game, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Niculae Şantău nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mugur Burtescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The supporters of Angels Team booed when Minerul Baita -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niculae Şantău didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 48 played minutes Minerul Baita -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Cédric Payen. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Allan Shearer made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Ionuț Andronescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Nistor Maghiar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mugur Burtescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciprian Alexe in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Angels Team's goalkeeper Mugur Burtescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cédric Payen. 62 minutes into the match, Angels Team's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Shearer came free, but Mugur Burtescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciprian Alexe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Allan Shearer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mugur Burtescu, 1-3. Cristi Senin charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristi Senin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bolo Miner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octav Albescu struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Mugur Burtescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minerul Baita -MM-. With a little luck, Angels Team's Mugur Burtescu got control of the ball when Qiu Wei Ting tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Qiu Wei Ting could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Mugur Burtescu however easily saved by the left post. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Qiu Wei Ting took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Mugur Burtescu to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Minerul Baita -MM- booed when Angels Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinu Octavian didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Bolo Miner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minerul Baita -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bolo Miner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denis Blejan kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When Felix Ferenț came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Minerul Baita -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Ferenț couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Angels Team's Denis Blejan got a free kick in the 98th minute. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Ciprian Alexe got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Minerul Baita -MM-'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
