Spectators: 8030 (Terracing: 6024, Seating: 1846, VIP seats: 160) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bogdan Tudose kicked off to start the match. Gloria Bistrita's Paul Miclescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horaţiu Purcaru in the 4th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Gloria Bistrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorin Dășanu to maneuver through the defense. Horaţiu Purcaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paul Miclescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horaţiu Purcaru ran back to his position shaking his head. If Horaţiu Purcaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paul Miclescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Purcaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Olimpiu Vernescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paul Miclescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Olimpiu Vernescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Miclescu having to interfere. If Horaţiu Purcaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Horaţiu Purcaru kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paul Miclescu. That made the score 3-0 in the 35 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horaţiu Purcaru in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paul Miclescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 43rd minute of the match DAMUCUL P-NEAMT got a corner. Gloria Bistrita's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivan Bourceanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ivan Bourceanu made a great header on DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's corner, it was just that Gloria Bistrita's Paul Miclescu managed to reach the ball for a save. After 46 minutes, Cristinel Voina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gloria Bistrita and the DAMUCUL P-NEAMT players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Gloria Bistrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Voina to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute of the match Ivan Bourceanu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paul Miclescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horaţiu Purcaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vintilă Trăilă during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd match minute, Gloria Bistrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vintilă Trăilă to maneuver through the defense. Paul Miclescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horaţiu Purcaru went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Paul Miclescu came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's Olimpiu Vernescu. But to his dismay, Olimpiu Vernescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 61st minute, Ivan Bourceanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's Horaţiu Purcaru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Miclescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horaţiu Purcaru in the 70th minute of play forced Gloria Bistrita's goalkeeper Paul Miclescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivan Bourceanu in the 71st minute. Horaţiu Purcaru was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 72nd minute, Olimpiu Vernescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Horaţiu Purcaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gloria Bistrita's Paul Miclescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horaţiu Purcaru in the 78th minute of play. Paul Miclescu didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when DAMUCUL P-NEAMT's Horaţiu Purcaru shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 6-0 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horaţiu Purcaru in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paul Miclescu saved Gloria Bistrita from getting behind. 87 minutes into the match, Andrzej Gabis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paul Miclescu. Gloria Bistrita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrzej Gabis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 91st minute, Valeriu Horea made a precise shot to the right of Paul Miclescu. Gloria Bistrita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. DAMUCUL P-NEAMT walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
