The supporters of PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN booed when Petrisul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irinel Logofeteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 9-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Claudiu Alucusan made the kick off in the second half. Manole Nedelcea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Florescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 52nd match minute, Petrisul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustin Cândroveanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Ernest Arbore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. After some careless play in the Petrisul defense, Liviu Găvănescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manole Nedelcea. The Petrisul fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manole Nedelcea should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute Konstanty Joks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manole Nedelcea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
