Iurie Bucataru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tudor Balțoi having to make a save. Cristi Ionășescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Halinga's Bengt-Arne Ahlroht got a free kick in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, Timbau CSM's Silviu Tobă got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute, Nechifor Ispas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeus Phoenix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elemér Udvarhelyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Bengt-Arne Ahlroht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristi Ionășescu took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeus Phoenix. Zeus Phoenix dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Halinga's Zeus Phoenix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicu Bogdan in the 26th minute of play. Cristi Ionășescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeus Phoenix having to make a save. In the 27th minute Elemér Udvarhelyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeus Phoenix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zeus Phoenix came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Timbau CSM's Elemér Udvarhelyi. But to his dismay, Elemér Udvarhelyi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 31 minutes into the match, Elemér Udvarhelyi notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Halinga's Zeus Phoenix. Zeus Phoenix was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tudor Balțoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denis Constantiniu in the 38th minute. After 40 minutes, Iurie Bucataru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Halinga and the Timbau CSM players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Iurie Bucataru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristi Ionășescu in the 45th minute of play forced Halinga's goalkeeper Zeus Phoenix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nechifor Ispas during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 53rdth minute of the game Iurie Bucataru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Timbau CSM's Tudor Balțoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tudor Balțoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iurie Bucataru in the 56th minute of play. Elemér Udvarhelyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeus Phoenix having to interfere. Zeus Phoenix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristi Ionășescu in the 59th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Denis Constantiniu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tudor Balțoi was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. 62 minutes into the match, Timbau CSM's goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Bucataru came free, but Tudor Balțoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Nechifor Ispas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zeus Phoenix. The goal made the score 0-5. Zeus Phoenix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elemér Udvarhelyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Halinga's Zeus Phoenix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Halinga from getting a goal against them. Zeus Phoenix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristi Ionășescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Elemér Udvarhelyi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Timbau CSM's Nicu Bogdan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zeus Phoenix. That made the score 0-6 after 80 minutes of play. If Cristi Ionășescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Halinga's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Cristi Ionășescu scored to the left of an out of position Zeus Phoenix, making the score, 0-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elemér Udvarhelyi got free with Zeus Phoenix in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Timbau CSM getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ferdinand Jupân hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Halinga's Iurie Bucataru got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Halinga's Zeus Phoenix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Halinga from getting a goal against them. The Halinga fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Timbau CSM were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
