In the 5th minute Cosmin Rădescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xu Yao Feng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Tudorache hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Cumpanașu in the 8th minute of play forced Prevaleni CS-BTF's goalkeeper Xu Yao Feng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toader Vlădean made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Ralph Featherson sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute Ernest Cumpanașu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xu Yao Feng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Prevaleni CS-BTF's Toader Vlădean threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from David Cutieru, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nae Miniș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Toader Vlădean made a huge save. In the 22nd match minute, FC Henger ATI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sever Zbârcea to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Prevaleni CS-BTF booed when FC Henger ATI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sever Zbârcea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prevaleni CS-BTF's Xu Yao Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosmin Rădescu in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, FC Henger ATI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sever Zbârcea to maneuver through the defense. Nae Miniș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Toader Vlădean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernest Cumpanașu in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xu Yao Feng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute Emil Tudorache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Vlădean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, one of FC Henger ATI:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Henger ATI. 36 minutes into the game, Prevaleni CS-BTF's Dumitru Isbășoiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toader Vlădean made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Cosmin Rădescu, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 43rd minute Ernest Cumpanașu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xu Yao Feng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prevaleni CS-BTF's Xu Yao Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Cumpanașu in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernest Cumpanașu to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Prevaleni CS-BTF's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Cumpanașu came free, but Xu Yao Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prevaleni CS-BTF's Xu Yao Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Cumpanașu in the 51st minute of play. Toader Vlădean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Featherson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ralph Featherson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 62nd minute Dumitru Ababei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xu Yao Feng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Prevaleni CS-BTF's Xu Yao Feng got control of the ball when Ernest Cumpanașu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Toader Vlădean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Enegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, FC Henger ATI's goal looked a bit too open when Nae Miniș came free, but Toader Vlădean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Nae Miniș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Toader Vlădean was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute, Ralph Featherson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xu Yao Feng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Cumpanașu in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute of the match Dumitru Isbășoiu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Toader Vlădean showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adrian Enegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernest Cumpanașu got free with Xu Yao Feng in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Prevaleni CS-BTF had won after a very even match.
