When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivan Nichitelea made a kick off. Mugur Stoicu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shingo Frommer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Borospatak SC booed when CSC SIGHET -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorel Oros didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Mugur Stoicu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borospatak SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CSC SIGHET -MM- the free kick. In the 59th minute, CSC SIGHET -MM-'s Vute Tzarev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. In the 69th play minute Cyprian Czerny came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dumitru Oprișan. 0-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Bogdan Șipoș kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dumitru Oprișan. That made the score 0-10 in the 73 minute of play. If Vute Tzarev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dumitru Oprișan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gică Baștină in the 84th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Borospatak SC's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Baștină came free, but Dumitru Oprișan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Borospatak SC's zone, Gică Baștină stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dumitru Oprișan came out of the goal and Gică Baștină tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Toader Doinaș during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Borospatak SC got a freekick which was hit by Toader Doinaș. When the final whistle sounded CSC SIGHET -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Borospatak SC.
