Spectators: 7345 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Petruț Ticulescu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mihnea Spelbu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Munteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Rednic made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Milcoveanu in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Rapid Dobroesti's goalkeeper David Rednic had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorin Săraru. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petruț Ticulescu in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mihnea Spelbu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Steaua Chitila's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristi Cozorici was slow to take the kick. During this time Rapid Dobroesti's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Rapid Dobroesti's Zhang Yong Xiao to fire away a dangerous shot which Mihnea Spelbu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. David Milcoveanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but David Rednic made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Steaua Chitila's David Milcoveanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Rednic. That made the score 1-1 after 25 minutes of play. Horaţiu Munteanu took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mihnea Spelbu. Mihnea Spelbu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 31st minute, Cristi Cozorici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Rapid Dobroesti's David Rednic got control of the ball when Francisc Moți tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, SC Steaua Chitila's goal looked a bit too open when Petruț Ticulescu came free, but Mihnea Spelbu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when David Milcoveanu made the kick off in the second half. David Rednic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Traian Moldoveanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 58th minute Horaţiu Munteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Spelbu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, SC Steaua Chitila's Mihnea Spelbu got control of the ball when Petruț Ticulescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute, Horaţiu Munteanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mihnea Spelbu. The goal made the score 1-3. Petru Miu's late challenge caught a SC Steaua Chitila's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Petru Miu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Petru Miu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Codrin Urdăreanu hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. David Milcoveanu kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Horaţiu Munteanu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mihnea Spelbu, 1-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Horaţiu Munteanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rapid Dobroesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Horaţiu Munteanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihnea Spelbu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute of the game Virgil Bolcaș made a throw-in which Iurie Sava played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horaţiu Munteanu in the 91st minute of play forced SC Steaua Chitila's goalkeeper Mihnea Spelbu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horaţiu Munteanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mihnea Spelbu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horaţiu Munteanu ran back to his position shaking his head.
