The Paris Saint-Germain fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Paris Saint-Germain's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zebastian Soned was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zebastian Soned sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Tutor Militari's zone, Zebastian Soned stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jokūbas Gott came out of the goal and Zebastian Soned tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Paris Saint-Germain's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Iancu came free, but Constantin Ciolacu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Iancu charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Iancu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Martin Iancu kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When Costel Unciuleanu fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tutor Militari's protests and gave Costel Unciuleanu a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Tutor Militari got a freekick which was hit by Costel Unciuleanu. Zebastian Soned sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantin Ciolacu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Jităreanu in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jokūbas Gott prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute, Zebastian Soned left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paris Saint-Germain fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. The supporters of Paris Saint-Germain booed when Tutor Militari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Iancu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes Paris Saint-Germain got a freekick which was hit by George Rareș. In the 83rd minute, Tolunay Erandaç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zebastian Soned blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jokūbas Gott having to make a save. 0-7 became the score in the 87th minute when Zebastian Soned elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Zebastian Soned fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jokūbas Gott having to interfere. Valeriu Enache might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jokūbas Gott. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valeriu Enache ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match was over Paris Saint-Germain could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tutor Militari throughout the match.
