Ciprian Tătăruşanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Soned, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zebastian Soned in the 11th minute of play forced Maramures-MM-'s goalkeeper Ciprian Tătăruşanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Paris Saint-Germain were awarded a corner. Valeriu Enache went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Paris Saint-Germain's Valeriu Enache to fire away a dangerous shot which Ciprian Tătăruşanu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Paris Saint-Germain's Constantin Ciolacu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maroš Rychtář in the 16th minute of play. Viktoras Siozos hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Zebastian Soned could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Ciprian Tătăruşanu made a huge save. After 33 minutes, Dumitru Tudorică mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maramures-MM- and the Paris Saint-Germain players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Paris Saint-Germain booed when Maramures-MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dumitru Tudorică didn't get a good kick on the ball. Constantin Ciolacu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maroš Rychtář, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zebastian Soned hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Iordache Nicolcioiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciprian Tătăruşanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Soned in the 62nd minute of the match. Robert Gane hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Rik Sligter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Constantin Ciolacu made a huge save. In the 67th minute Cornel Gorgan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantin Ciolacu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maramures-MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maroš Rychtář in the 69th minute. Maroš Rychtář made a great header on Maramures-MM-'s corner, it was just that Paris Saint-Germain's Constantin Ciolacu managed to reach the ball for a save.
