Virgil Barbălată made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Astafei in the 9th minute of play. -BZF- Cele 11 Sarmale's Romeo Tarchilă pulled a muscle in his back after 11 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Dan Bosioc charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dan Bosioc the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. -BZF- Cele 11 Sarmale's Teodor Drâmba was substituted for Romeo Tarchilă. The supporters of -BZF- Cele 11 Sarmale booed when Unirea Podu Iloaiei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Bosioc didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Bosioc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Virgil Barbălată was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 61 minutes into the match, -BZF- Cele 11 Sarmale's goal looked a bit too open when Nicodim Șeimeanu came free, but Ionuț Huștiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugur Hârțan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Virgil Barbălată made a huge save. 77 minutes into the match, Florin Astafei dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Virgil Barbălată, 0-6. 83 minutes into the game, -BZF- Cele 11 Sarmale's Horaţiu Petruescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virgil Barbălată made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. -BZF- Cele 11 Sarmale's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristi Apostol in the 88th minute. The supporters of -BZF- Cele 11 Sarmale booed when Unirea Podu Iloaiei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ion Vulpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihail Glăvan scored 0-9 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Virgil Barbălată, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. -BZF- Cele 11 Sarmale's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
