The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marian Balint could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Doru Armanca made a huge save. Berkan Temel did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Doru Armanca 5 minutes into the match. Doru Armanca was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Berkan Temel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 8 minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Marian Balint notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of AAMrFane's Doru Armanca. Doru Armanca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, New York Red Bulls's Anton Tăutu got a free kick in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Giurăscu in the 17th minute of play forced New York Red Bulls's goalkeeper Eduardo Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Damian Giurăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Pereyra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tudor Covataru kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Berkan Temel notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of AAMrFane's Doru Armanca. Doru Armanca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Doru Armanca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Berkan Temel's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 35th minute, Berkan Temel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Doru Armanca. The goal made the score 5-0. In the 40th minute, Berkan Temel made a precise shot to the right of Doru Armanca. AAMrFane's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 43 minutes into the game, Denis Crușeveanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AAMrFane's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New York Red Bulls the free kick. In the 43rd match minute, AAMrFane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Crușeveanu to maneuver through the defense. When New York Red Bulls's Berkan Temel in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Doru Armanca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berkan Temel in the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of New York Red Bulls booed when AAMrFane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Giurăscu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marian Balint struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Doru Armanca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for New York Red Bulls. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berkan Temel in the 59th minute of play forced AAMrFane's goalkeeper Doru Armanca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes, Berkan Temel made it 7-1 with a short kick to the right side. Doru Armanca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 85 minutes of play, New York Red Bulls's Berkan Temel made it 11-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doru Armanca was left in no man's land by his defense there! 88 minutes into the match, AAMrFane's goal looked a bit too open when Berkan Temel came free, but Doru Armanca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berkan Temel in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doru Armanca saved AAMrFane from getting behind. Damian Giurăscu hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Berkan Temel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Doru Armanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute Marian Balint shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doru Armanca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
