FC Banat Steierdorf's Arne Võsandi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save FC Banat Steierdorf from getting a goal against them. Ferdinand Floroiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th match minute, YR☆Sporting Alexandria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Flink to maneuver through the defense. Krestoffer Grahavn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Floroiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Klement Golaszewski made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dumitru Hârțan in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arne Võsandi saved FC Banat Steierdorf from getting behind. Arne Võsandi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto-Jose Carlos in the 55th minute of the match. Arne Võsandi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cezar Alexiu's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ferdinand Floroiu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Krestoffer Grahavn. That made the score 4-1 in the 67 minute of play. After a rather tough play, YR☆Sporting Alexandria's Rudolf Arenberg got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Vintilă Busuioceanu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and YR☆Sporting Alexandria's Krestoffer Grahavn didn't even have to move. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferdinand Floroiu in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Krestoffer Grahavn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Banat Steierdorf's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vintilă Busuioceanu in the 75th minute. The corner ended in Vintilă Busuioceanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but YR☆Sporting Alexandria's Krestoffer Grahavn did a great save. The YR☆Sporting Alexandria fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when YR☆Sporting Alexandria's Klement Golaszewski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Petrică Dragu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Krestoffer Grahavn firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 83rd minute of the match FC Banat Steierdorf got a corner. YR☆Sporting Alexandria's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vintilă Busuioceanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of YR☆Sporting Alexandria booed when FC Banat Steierdorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Drâmba didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th match minute, YR☆Sporting Alexandria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Arghiroiu to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. YR☆Sporting Alexandria had won after a very even match.
