An unexpectedly hard shot by Irinel Cristache in the 41st minute of play forced -Bucovina Siret-'s goalkeeper Mihai Predoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihai Predoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alin Berceanu in the 42nd minute of the match. If Irinel Cristache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florin Hurezan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, -Bucovina Siret-'s Ionică Miroiu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ionică Miroiu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of -Bucovina Siret- protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ionică Miroiu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Cosmin Ciocâlteu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Irinel Roman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mihai Predoiu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Irinel Cristache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Mihai Predoiu made a huge save. 70 minutes into the game, Irinel Cristache recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mihai Predoiu. Irinel Cristache showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. In the 74thth minute of the game Irinel Cristache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -Bucovina Siret-'s Mihai Predoiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Irinel Roman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Mihai Predoiu made a huge save. After a rather tough play, -Bucovina Siret-'s Narcis Sasu got a free kick in the 77th minute. Mihai Predoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Cristache in the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Alin Berceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cioc SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alin Berceanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Sabin Mirciu came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Cioc SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabin Mirciu couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Cioc SC's Irinel Cristache broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide.
