In the 9th minute, Zé Paulo Zanette left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OTELUL GALATI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mădălin Barbonța in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Efe Vafi saved OTELUL GALATI from getting behind. Costin Ignătoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cătălin Hidișan in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mădălin Barbonța in the 14th minute of play forced OTELUL GALATI's goalkeeper Mehmet Efe Vafi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Zé Paulo Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Ignătoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantin Uncu during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to AFC PunisherS™ getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Constantin Uncu hit a great ball. When AFC PunisherS™'s Mădălin Barbonța in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. AFC PunisherS™'s Costin Ignătoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo Zanette in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, AFC PunisherS™'s goal looked a bit too open when Alexandru Trifănucă came free, but Costin Ignătoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Cătălin Hidișan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Costin Ignătoiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Costin Ignătoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavril Chibulcutean hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Ionel Mitu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. A collision led to AFC PunisherS™ getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Isac Frunză hit a great ball. The audience cheered loudly when Luis Galo's long shot in the 51st minute became 0-4 when the ball went to the left of and passed Costin Ignătoiu. Rareș Păstrăv blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Costin Ignătoiu having to make a save. 57 minutes into the match, AFC PunisherS™'s goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo Zanette came free, but Costin Ignătoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isac Frunză charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isac Frunză the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th match minute, AFC PunisherS™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Frunză to maneuver through the defense. Costin Ignătoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cătălin Hidișan in the 60th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cătălin Hidișan got free with Costin Ignătoiu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. AFC PunisherS™ were furious when Eduard Isvoreanu was red carded, 64 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Eduard Isvoreanu hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 71st minute, when OTELUL GALATI's Luis Galo after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Costin Ignătoiu in AFC PunisherS™'s goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Mihnea Costea kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Ionel Mitu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Costin Ignătoiu. The goal made the score 0-5. In the 80th minute, OTELUL GALATI's Zé Paulo Zanette dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Alexandru Trifănucă succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-7. When Isac Frunză came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the AFC PunisherS™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isac Frunză couldn't finish the play. Costin Ignătoiu came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by OTELUL GALATI's Zé Paulo Zanette. But to his dismay, Zé Paulo Zanette quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. When the match was over OTELUL GALATI could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AFC PunisherS™ throughout the match.
