All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucian Zafiu was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of UFC Sarlotenburg booed when AC Vulcano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristi Pomuț didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Diderik Rooy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Vulcano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diderik Rooy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AC Vulcano's Lucrețiu Moisil got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the game, Lucrețiu Moisil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ernest Drogoreanu. Lucrețiu Moisil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 65th match minute, AC Vulcano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toader Todericiu to maneuver through the defense. When Emanuel Ignat fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Vulcano's protests and gave Emanuel Ignat a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of AC Vulcano:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UFC Sarlotenburg:s goal. In the 69th minute there was a penalty for UFC Sarlotenburg. Robin Malmgren stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mugur Nițulescu. 2-1. Mugur Nițulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gheorghe Arsenescu in the 73rd minute of play.
