The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mugur Robescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ionică Răducanu charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ionică Răducanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th match minute, FC Falciu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionică Răducanu to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 6 minutes, Bogdan Jurăscu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colorado Avalanche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogdan Jurăscu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Narcis Manea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Șerban Ozon in the 10th minute of play. Vit Doro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mugur Robescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vit Doro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Falciu's Mugur Robescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacian Cosor in the 15th minute of play. Mugur Robescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vit Doro, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute Bogdan Jurăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugur Robescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Falciu's Șerban Ozon got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, FC Falciu's goalkeeper Mugur Robescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogdan Jurăscu. Mugur Robescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vit Doro in the 29th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, Colorado Avalanche's Bogdan Jurăscu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mugur Robescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mugur Robescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vit Doro, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Bogdan Jurăscu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogdan Jurăscu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mugur Robescu came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Colorado Avalanche's Bogdan Jurăscu. But to his dismay, Bogdan Jurăscu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After having played for 55 minutes, Bogdan Jurăscu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colorado Avalanche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogdan Jurăscu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mugur Robescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Tătaru in the 58th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 59 minutes into the game, when Sergiu Şunda put in a rough tackle. Mugur Robescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vit Doro in the 63rd minute of play. Vit Doro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugur Robescu having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Vit Doro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute, Eduard Tătaru made a precise shot to the right of Mugur Robescu. FC Falciu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Colorado Avalanche's Narcis Manea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Dănălache in the 73rd minute of play. Alfredão Britto hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Filip Agulescu charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Agulescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Falciu's Eliodor Dabija was substituted for Claudio-Di-Domenico von der Schulenburg. A collision led to Colorado Avalanche getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Filip Agulescu hit a great ball. After 81 played minutes FC Falciu got a freekick which was hit by Șerban Ozon. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vit Doro in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mugur Robescu saved FC Falciu from getting behind. In the 83rdth minute of the game Vit Doro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Falciu's Mugur Robescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 84 minutes of play, Colorado Avalanche's Eduard Tătaru made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mugur Robescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 87 minutes, Vit Doro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colorado Avalanche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vit Doro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute Dacian Cosor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugur Robescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Falciu's Petru Caraiman got a free kick in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Falciu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Colorado Avalanche.
