An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Jurăscu in the 14th minute of play forced FC Lutanu's goalkeeper Irinel Soneriu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Lutanu's Irinel Soneriu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacian Cosor in the 19th minute of play. Irinel Soneriu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vit Doro, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, FC Lutanu's goal looked a bit too open when Vit Doro came free, but Irinel Soneriu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Irinel Soneriu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vit Doro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th match minute, FC Lutanu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilie Cazacu to maneuver through the defense.

A collision led to FC Lutanu getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Yetkiner Yasun hit a great ball. Irinel Soneriu made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Dacian Cosor sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Irinel Soneriu managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Colorado Avalanche's Bogdan Jurăscu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Șerban Negulici in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narcis Manea saved Colorado Avalanche from getting behind. In the 75th minute of the match FC Lutanu got a corner. Colorado Avalanche's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Constantin Istrătescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC Lutanu's corner Constantin Istrătescu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Narcis Manea quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Yetkiner Yasun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Narcis Manea was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After 85 minutes Colorado Avalanche's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Constantin Istrătescu who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yetkiner Yasun in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narcis Manea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colorado Avalanche players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Lutanu.
