FC Carlsberg's Ciprian Tunaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Popcorn Miner in the 4th minute of play. Alex Brașoveanu scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciprian Tunaru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Popcorn Miner might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciprian Tunaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Popcorn Miner ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Popcorn Miner sped through FC Carlsberg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ciprian Tunaru. Popcorn Miner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciprian Tunaru having to make a save. Ciprian Tunaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Popcorn Miner in the 17th minute of play. After 19th play minutes Popcorn Miner shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Ciprian Tunaru and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the FC Carlsberg defense, Popcorn Miner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciprian Tunaru. The FC Carlsberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciprian Tunaru should have stopped the shot. Popcorn Miner might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciprian Tunaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Popcorn Miner ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Carlsberg's goalkeeper Ciprian Tunaru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Popcorn Miner sped through FC Carlsberg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ciprian Tunaru. Popcorn Miner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciprian Tunaru having to make a save. If Popcorn Miner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciprian Tunaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Popcorn Miner in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Popcorn Miner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. If Popcorn Miner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ciprian Tunaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Popcorn Miner in the 42nd minute of the match. When CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Popcorn Miner in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Popcorn Miner slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ciprian Tunaru. That made the score 0-8 after 52 minutes of play. In the 55th minute Popcorn Miner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciprian Tunaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciprian Tunaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Popcorn Miner's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Popcorn Miner might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciprian Tunaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Popcorn Miner ran back to his position shaking his head. Dragoş Calciu's late challenge caught a CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vit Miner in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciprian Tunaru saved FC Carlsberg from getting behind. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
