Jan-Åke Emander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gao Kun Ling in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Recep Talha Kutyan in the 20th minute of play forced AC Ony's goalkeeper Gabriel Postelnicescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Ubarna Harroyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Owls's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubarna Harroyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Postelnicescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gao Kun Ling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 played minutes The Owls got a freekick which was hit by Ali Kağan Özpulat. Jan-Åke Emander made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Ştefan Daimacă sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute, AC Ony's Gao Kun Ling ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jan-Åke Emander. Jan-Åke Emander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Gabriel Postelnicescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubarna Harroyo in the 34th minute of the match. After 39 played minutes AC Ony got a freekick which was hit by Sandu Flintașu. After 40 played minutes, The Owls's Recep Talha Kutyan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gabriel Postelnicescu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in The Owls reached it. 43 minutes into the game, Gino Galante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gabriel Postelnicescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, The Owls's Jan-Åke Emander got control of the ball when Tiberiu Iordan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Gao Kun Ling in the 53rd minute of play forced The Owls's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Emander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, The Owls's Ubarna Harroyo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In the 57th minute, Gino Galante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AC Ony made a substitution. Traian Bărbânță replaced Tiberiu Iordan. Ubarna Harroyo might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Postelnicescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ubarna Harroyo ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as The Owls's Ubarna Harroyo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gabriel Postelnicescu. That made the score 1-3 after 62 minutes of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Santa Jøker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Ony's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santa Jøker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, The Owls's Gabriel Postelnicescu threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ubarna Harroyo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remus Papachristos during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of The Owls booed when AC Ony was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remus Papachristos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Postelnicescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Recep Talha Kutyan in the 70th minute of the match. Marcelo Belarmo took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan-Åke Emander. Jan-Åke Emander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Jan-Åke Emander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santa Jøker in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to AC Ony getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Boris Kling hit a great ball. Gabriel Postelnicescu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cristian Furdui. The The Owls players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
