An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Šiljak in the 6th minute of play forced ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goalkeeper Emil Gabor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Gabor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matei Cârstea in the 9th minute of the match. Carp Team's Deyan Tătăruşanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irinel Tatomir in the 10th minute of play. Irinel Tatomir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 13 played minutes Carp Team got a freekick which was hit by Gelu Zglobiu. Irinel Tatomir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute Irinel Tatomir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Deyan Tătăruşanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Carp Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Merexildo to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Irinel Tatomir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Deyan Tătăruşanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Neil Tutorskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Lucrețiu Ghimiș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucrețiu Ghimiș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Deyan Tătăruşanu made a huge save. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carp Team's goalkeeper Deyan Tătăruşanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucrețiu Ghimișs short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Deyan Tătăruşanu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 booed when Carp Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Šiljak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Carp Team's Toader Valerian got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Irinel Tatomir to make the kick off. Carp Team's Deyan Tătăruşanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irinel Tatomir in the 55th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Irinel Tatomir notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Carp Team's Deyan Tătăruşanu. Grga Mijatović made in the 72nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Matei Cârstea. Emil Gabor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Šiljak in the 76th minute of play. After 81 played minutes ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 got a freekick which was hit by Lei Fan Chuan. In the 85th minute Rareș Elian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Gabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deyan Tătăruşanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucrețiu Ghimiș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Emil Gabor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Carp Team booed when ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucrețiu Ghimiș didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lisandro Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carp Team's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
