Bogdan Lobonț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachary Snaza in the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, FC Ruscova's goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doru Onete. Bogdan Lobonț stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zachary Snaza's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Jimeno Cordeal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Helmuth Duckadam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Ruscova's Helmuth Duckadam got control of the ball when Doru Onete tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, FC Ruscova's goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doru Onete. 16 minutes into the match, Nimsoc TCN's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Snaza came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doru Onete could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Helmuth Duckadam made a huge save. Marcu Iovan made a great header on FC Ruscova's corner, it was just that Nimsoc TCN's Bogdan Lobonț managed to reach the ball for a save. With an all-out effort, Nimsoc TCN's Helmuth Duckadam threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jimeno Cordeal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 46 minutes into the match, Nimsoc TCN's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Snaza came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Iacob Gâțea's late challenge caught a FC Ruscova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nimsoc TCN's Bogdan Lobonț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umur Renan in the 54th minute of play. Ciro Cortez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Lobonț having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Iovan in the 58th minute of play forced Nimsoc TCN's goalkeeper Bogdan Lobonț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee ignored Nimsoc TCN's protests and gave Adrian Chifu a yellow card for diving instead. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Cordeal, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Nimsoc TCN's goalkeeper Bogdan Lobonț had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcu Iovan. Bogdan Lobonț was a little too slow when Zachary Snaza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-2. FC Ruscova made a substitution. Gavril Sichitiu replaced Marcu Iovan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilian Marina got free with Bogdan Lobonț in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nimsoc TCN's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emilian Marina was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Ruscova's players had a chance to rest. FC Ruscova played a much better game than Nimsoc TCN and deserved their victory. The Nimsoc TCN players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
