Maxim Secară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Jatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Tudor Simionică kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Nicu Dragoș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iurie Chiriacescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Văcărescu in the 20th minute of play forced Donaris FC's goalkeeper Maxim Secară to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maxim Secară made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Văcărescu in the 22nd minute of play. Horaţiu Chircu might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iurie Chiriacescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horaţiu Chircu ran back to his position shaking his head. Iurie Chiriacescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicu Dragoș in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Donaris FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernest Voinescu to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvio Jatsu in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxim Secară saved Donaris FC from getting behind. After 36 minutes Donaris FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filip Vlaicu who took care of the corner kick. Iurie Chiriacescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Dragoș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

53 minutes into the match, Donaris FC's goalkeeper Maxim Secară had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emil Văcărescu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicu Dragoș in the 55th minute of play forced AC MiLaN's goalkeeper Iurie Chiriacescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Donaris FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandru Boșneag came free, but Maxim Secară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Nicu Dragoș had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iurie Chiriacescu. The supporters of AC MiLaN booed when Donaris FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramirez Closa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maxim Secară was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Silvio Jatsu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 84 minute of play. Basarab Avram's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxim Secară read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Nicu Dragoș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filip Vlaicu struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Maxim Secară didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC MiLaN. The Donaris FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AC MiLaN were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
