The tension between the Donaris FC and the FC Ruscova players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Donaris FC's Panait Constantinescu got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Kian Natanael's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gelu Vârnav read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Vulturar during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Donaris FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Vulturar to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zachary Snaza in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gelu Vârnav saved Donaris FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachary Snaza in the 46th minute of play forced Donaris FC's goalkeeper Gelu Vârnav to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Donaris FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Ruscova were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kian Natanael stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 73rdth minute of the game Kian Natanael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Donaris FC's Gelu Vârnav was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Zachary Snaza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gelu Vârnav. Zachary Snaza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haşim Tokyay, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 88 minutes of play, FC Ruscova's Zachary Snaza made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gelu Vârnav was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Ruscova's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
