Spectators: 9240 (Terracing: 6931, Seating: 2125, VIP seats: 184) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gheorghe Bociort kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Iosif Găman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Zeciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso Nastasio made in the 6th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luca Pancu however managed to control. 9 minutes into the match, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalkeeper Iacob Povară had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yu Yang Chao. Luca Pancu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nechifor Zeciu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. The corner ended in Viorel Gurzău almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bucura's Nechifor Zeciu did a great save. Iacob Povară came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Bucura's Cenap İğdemir. But to his dismay, Cenap İğdemir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 19th minute Gheorghe Bociort shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Zeciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nechifor Zeciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iulian Nicorici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to F.C CLUJ MEDICINA getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Dan Petrescu hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's zone, Corneliu Cănănău stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iacob Povară came out of the goal and Corneliu Cănănău tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gheorghe Bociort in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nechifor Zeciu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nechifor Zeciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iosif Găman in the 33rd minute of play. Iacob Povară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cenap İğdemir in the 34th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Bucura's Iacob Povară threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cenap İğdemir, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Iosif Găman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cenap İğdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ionică Sinulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Iulian Nicorici took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nechifor Zeciu. Bucura's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

51 minutes into the match, Bucura's goalkeeper Nechifor Zeciu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gheorghe Bociort. Sorin Cupșa in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nechifor Zeciu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 54th match minute, Bucura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionică Sinulescu to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iosif Găman got free with Nechifor Zeciu in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bucura's Erasmo Neiva was substituted for George Lewandowski. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Silviu Latarețu was substituted for Gheorghe Bociort. A collision led to F.C CLUJ MEDICINA getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Alfonso Nastasio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silviu Latarețu in the 70th minute of play forced Bucura's goalkeeper Nechifor Zeciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bucura's Nechifor Zeciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Pancu in the 72nd minute of play. Nechifor Zeciu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Silviu Latarețu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 74 minute of play. Bucura made a substitution. Nistor Cismarescu replaced Mikolaj Roman. Iacob Povară didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlomagno Nunez went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Nechifor Zeciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silviu Latarețu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the game, Bucura's Nistor Cismarescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iacob Povară made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. With a little luck, Bucura's Nechifor Zeciu got control of the ball when Francisc Ciocoiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Paul Bogătan got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Bucura's Nechifor Zeciu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Bucura from getting a goal against them. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
