Spectators: 9195 (Terracing: 6898, Seating: 2114, VIP seats: 183) Fotbal Club Vaslui's Maurinho Maranhense started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Maurinho Maranhense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gigel Cozma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Geoboss-My Team's goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Maranhense came free, but Gigel Cozma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigel Cozma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurinho Maranhense's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute Maurinho Maranhense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Cozma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gigel Cozma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toader Muncelean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geoboss-My Team's Gigel Cozma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Maranhense in the 19th minute of play. Gigel Cozma came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Maurinho Maranhense. But to his dismay, Maurinho Maranhense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Panait Grămescu made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Steffen Kerckmans. 28 minutes into the match, Geoboss-My Team's goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Maranhense came free, but Gigel Cozma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Remus Pinazas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gonzo Ivanov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Andrei Oloieru made a huge save. Andrei Oloieru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Pinazas, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute.

If Maurinho Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 57 minutes into the match, Geoboss-My Team's goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Maranhense came free, but Gigel Cozma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fotbal Club Vaslui's Maurinho Maranhense in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Maurinho Maranhense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Wellington Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fotbal Club Vaslui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wellington Neves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurinho Maranhense in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gigel Cozma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute Fotbal Club Vaslui were awarded a corner. Cosmin Bocșan went to the cornerflag to take it. Wellington Neves was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Gonzo Ivanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andrei Oloieru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzo Ivanov in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute of the game Mircea Grigorie made a throw-in which Panait Grămescu played forward. In the 86th match minute, Fotbal Club Vaslui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steffen Kerckmans to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Geoboss-My Team's Gigel Cozma got control of the ball when Maurinho Maranhense tried to sneak it across the goal line.
